Stephen Mitchell

After completing his B.A. with a Pastoral Major and leading Master’s Commission at Horizon College & Seminary (Central Pentecostal College), Stephen launched Devoted Ministries in 2006. His heart is to help young people use their God-given gifts to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Pastor Stephen and his wife Sara are the proud parents of Connor and Brayden.
